Facility Guide

Visitors Using Wheelchairs or Pushchairs
- All viewing areas are fully accessible, so you may enter the venue as you are.
- In case of an emergency, staff members will provide assistance.
Visitors with Visual Impairments
- A UD (Universal Design) audio guide is available for visually impaired visitors. As you approach the designated areas, audio guidance will be automatically played to assist with navigation and provide information about the exhibits. If you wish to use this service, please inform staff at the reception upon entrance.
Visitors with Assistance Dogs (Guide Dogs, Service Dogs, and Hearing Dogs)
- You may enter the venue together with your assistance dog.
* Please note that pets are not allowed inside.
Visitors with Small Children
- Nursing rooms and baby changing stations are available.
- Baby chairs are installed in all toilet facilities.

- To use this service, you will need your own smartphone. Please bring earphones or headphones.
- The audio guide can be accessed via a QR code displayed in the Japan Pavilion entrance queuing area.

Japan Pavilion Stamp Rally
- The Japan Pavilion is participating in the "Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan Official Stamp Rally."
- There are two types of stamps available: the "Official Stamp," which can only be stamped by those who enter the pavilion, and the "Original Stamp," which can be stamped by anyone.
- Please check the Japan Pavilion map for the locations of the stamp stations.

Japan Pavilion Official Shop
- The Japan Pavilion Official Shop is located both inside and outside the pavilion.
- Opening hours: 9:30 – 21:00
- The shop located outside the pavilion is open to all visitors.
* Both shops offer the same range of products.
Requests for Visitors
- Please refrain from consuming outside food or drinks inside the pavilion.
- Taking photos is permitted, but please refrain from flash photography.
- Video recording is allowed, but please refrain from prolonged recording in the same spot or any behavior that may disturb other visitors.
- Please refrain from using selfie sticks, monopods, tripods and other auxiliary photography equipment.
- Please refrain from recording for commercial purposes, any form of live broadcasting or similar filming that could lead to copyright infringement. Please be aware that the Japan Pavilion will not be held responsible for any issues caused by posting images or videos that depict visitors unrelated to the individual recording or taking photos.
- We will not be held responsible for accidents, loss or theft due to negligence on the part of visitors. In addition, if you intentionally cause damage to the facilities, etc., you may be required to pay for the damage.
- If we deem that the safety of the individual or those around them cannot be guaranteed due to their alcohol consumption, we may refuse entry.
- Please do not behave in any manner that causes a disturbance to other visitors. If you are found to be disturbing others, staff may ask you to leave the premises or you may be denied entry.
- Please follow any instructions given by staff.
